How Funds are Used
Each year, our Board of Directors thoughtfully determines the percentage of donor funds allocated to our Purposeful Partners, ensuring meaningful impact across all areas of our mission.
One of our top annual priorities is growing our interest-bearing Scholarship Fund, ensuring that when the first clients arrive at The Sanctuary, we are prepared to offer meaningful, life-changing scholarships.
With the Jae Foundation, we focus on supporting the Senior Boot Fund and providing assistance for retreat programs.
For Sanctuary Horses, donations help fund horse adoptions, local program support, and essential building projects, such as fencing and arena maintenance.
We also support The Sanctuary through grants that help advance the Journey toward its completion—funding essential work such as road construction, architectural planning, excavation, and site development. Additionally, we cover the full cost of merchandise stocked in our storefronts—items that not only raise awareness but also generate valuable funds to sustain the mission.
